Before he was an Iron Chef, Chef Bobby Flay was an up-and-coming New York City restaurateur gaining acclaim for bold, Southwestern cuisine at his restaurant, Mesa Grill. Join us this summer as we explore these formative years, when a young Chef Flay’s unabashed cooking style inspired local CIA student, Grant Achatz. Next Restaurant is our 1 Michelin Star restaurant located in Chicago’s Fulton Market. H originally joined the team at Next in April 2023 as a Food Runner, before transferring to Alinea just a few short months later in June. Since he’s been with the Alinea team, he has earned a promotion to his current role as Back Server in October 2023.
