Think offering a workplace pension is good enough? We’ll let you in on a secret… If you’re only contributing 3% to your employees’ pensions, then you’re just hitting the basics. Why? In the UK, all employers have to offer a workplace pension. The minimum amount being 8% total contributions (5% from the employee, 3% from the employer).
