"I wanted to take my skills and knowledge to an organization dedicated to helping banks level the playing field against bad actors' threats. I have a deep understanding of the pivotal role and untapped opportunity modernizing customer 'Request for Information' compliance communications can have in fighting back against surges in financial crime. Once I knew the Refine Intelligence platform was solving problems that had material 'needle-moving' implications, I wanted to join the team” ▪️ What are some of your key responsibilities? "My main focus is identifying good-fit bank partners for our automation projects and explaining our platform's holistic value to stakeholders. My background in business operations helps me assist AML and fraud leaders in securing necessary resources." ▪️ What do you enjoy most about your role? "I value working with a talented team. Regardless of how great the tech or brand is, collaborating with people you respect and enjoy professionally and personally is essential for career fulfillment." ▪️ What is your previous work experience? "I’ve worked in frontline relationship management at American Express, built out a corporate payments division at Capital One, and expanded my knowledge in payment fintechs at Fiserv. My time at ACAMS allowed me to design and deliver AML/BSA and fraud programs for top banks and fintechs globally. This gave me a front-row seat at the highest levels of the anti-financial crime ecosystem driving banking compliance priorities. I'm proud to bring these insights and knowledge to Refine Intelligence.” ▪️ What advice would you give to someone pursuing a similar role to yours? "Stay curious and humble.
