🚀 My new beginnings in the Medical Device Industry! After a rewarding journey in Clinical Pharmacology, I’ve started on an exciting new chapter as an independent medical device representative. Now that I’ve spent about third of a year in the field, I’d like to share some of the key insights I've gained along the way: 4 Things I've Learned So Far: - Building Relationships is Everything: Success in this industry hinges on trust and strong, authentic connections with healthcare professionals. - Shut Up and Listen: I am constantly surrounded by people who know things that I don’t even know I don’t know! If you're a Medtech sales hiring manager or sales leader—particularly in ortho spine & biologics—you’ll know that hiring and retaining entry-level salespeople can be challenging. MediDEV addresses this challenge by showcasing profiles of entry-level candidates, specifically selected by MDSI as suitable for the medical device sales industry. Furthermore, all profiles listed have participated in the MDSI vocational training program “Orthopedic Spine & Biologics Sales.” MediDEV offers more than just a list of resumes.
