…"bringing something more elevated, more innovative and more inclusive to the legal talent space"… Our model is changing the tone and tenor of legal. Throughout my legal career, I have been drawn to the individual journey of every person touching this space. This field is ever changing, requiring new roles, skills, priorities, processes, and tech. Project management, business development, operations, data analytics, digitization...most of these concepts didn't exist just a few years ago. As a result, legal professionals and organizations are often pivoting, reevaluating and evolving. The ability to empower both individuals and legal teams to think about what matters; what makes them tick, is truly energizing. The result is a combination of core strengths, both tangible and intangible, that fuels success and uplifts both our clients and our attorneys. Achieving More, Together. #legalprofession #legaltalent #legalcareers #legalinnovation #legalsolutions #inclusivity #excellence #tenor

Quick question for you: Ever stopped to think about the impact of civility in our professional interactions? As a business and real estate attorney, I've learned firsthand the power of treating fellow professionals with respect and courtesy. This is even more important for legal professionals in California as there is now a new ethical rule requiring such actions. Whether it's negotiating deals or resolving disputes, fostering an atmosphere of civility not only enhances collaboration but also builds trust and strengthens relationships. I go into each interaction with a collaborative mindset, then if I have to adjust I do so. Let's keep the conversation going: How do you prioritize civility in your professional interactions? #CivilityMatters #ProfessionalEtiquette #businesslaw #EJPLaw Simplifying the legal maze of business & real estate deals.
