I would like to write some notes for the talents who intends to be part of MNC, it is instructional to all candidates who are ready to interview with potential employer. 1st, Be an enterpruer in potential employer, Either she or he can represent the company, manage the team in all manners, To manage the team in sales is not easy job, this guy must be senior experience in one person career. 2nd, experience brings out value of occupational outcome. in sales manner, your experience tells us what your figure looks like, we can have information about the royalty, professions, pros and cons. 3rd, visionary to be the horizon of potential employer. Since sales is critical position, this guy can view globally, and also work locally, it's mandatory criteria. It means that this guy can deliver the message from headquarter in Europe to target customers, clearly deliver the voice of value. Moreover either he or she can tell where we are going to, to Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and Singapore regions, to develop the business in different markets. The critiria could be educated in European or American system, to understand the communication in intercontinental, or has background of multinational company. As a Telesales Manager, It’s your job to keep those employees motivated, inspired & encourage get them to get work done, together. As a Telesales Manager, You want your team members to be able to come to you with their problems, concerns & feel comfortable sharing them with you. If there is a block between you & your team members, Ask yourself; - "How well you know your team members ?" - "Do you know much more than their names & performances ?" - "Is your home hospitable to visits from your team members ?" While it may seem simple, Getting to know your team members on a more personal level can make a big difference in workplace morale, employee performance & job satisfaction. After what feels like an eternity, my hiring banner is being firmly archived! Team Moonwards (my smaller team of ICs) is a GO 🌝 After an insane start to the year and some crazy growth it is time to focus on getting that pipeline in. One huge strategy that I have always promoted and am pushing for harder than ever is moving away from prospecting automation. 1. Using a sequence as a base and minimum expectation of activity on an account 2. Build a clear ad hoc activity strategy using full multi channel and multi threading 3. Supporting the team in time management to get the most autonomy out of their week as possible 4. Strong efficient research using a BPP methodology (buisness, persona, personal- it’s my own dm me for more info 😉) 5. Find the fun and do more of what you love Having so much fun doing this and can’t wait to see the results in not only meetings booked but sales skills built through the process. WMS Project Manager –Supply Chain, Warehouse & Transportation
1moIt's been almost a month since I received a package on May 26. My item was missing a part, so I called Temu support online and via phone to request that you send me the missing part. I told them exactly which part was missing by showing them a picture of the missing part. I was only getting an answer from their customer that someone would get back to you within 24 hours. But none did. And I spent almost every other day on their site chatting with their support team and giving the same answer. They will get back within 24 hours. After two weeks of getting the same answer, I returned the item and requested my refund. I shipped the package back, and the warehouse received a quality check on Jube 11th. But I'm still waiting for my refund. I have been calling them almost every other day and talking online about the refund status, but they keep saying that the warehouse is doing a quality check. Today, June 19, I have been waiting for over an hour over the phone to talk to the Supervisor, but she was not able to resolve my issue
