🔞 Solving for age assurance The most valuable first step we can take to improve age assurance is to make existing age data reusable and interoperable. 🚸A ‘Universal Age API’ could allow platforms and operators to exchange age information, along with the method used to obtain it, and the recipient would be able to rely on that age, or combine it with their own age information to increase its confidence score. 🌐A Universal Age API could be immensely powerful if key industry players got on board. Imagine if Apple, Google, Microsoft, video game consoles, mobile operators, and the largest game platforms all agreed to contribute the ages they have to such a collaboration. Every matching age would increase the reliability of an individual’s age information; every hard-verified age would override self-declared age if it conflicts. Very very quickly, operators would have much more reliable age information for nearly every connected child or teen on the planet. 👇🏻See more here 👇🏻

The tech market is saturated with half-baked products parading as MVPs, lacking essential hygiene standards. 👉Code quality: Resembles a patchwork quilt, pieced together from LLMs and ChatGPT snippets. 👉Security: Keys and secrets are carelessly strewn like confetti. 👉Features: Copied generously from far-off competitors, lacking originality. It's time to elevate our standards and raise the bar! #TechIndustry #ProductDevelopment #QualityControl

Can we truly bear the weight of a future where our children, fluent in the language of apps and virtual worlds, might find themselves lost in the simple art of conversation and the warmth of a human embrace? In a world dominated by technology, how do we protect our children from the pitfalls of excessive screen time and ensure they grow up with a healthy balance between the digital realm and the real world? If we think "more things" equals parenting better than previous generations then as a collective we're in trouble. You have spent years reading and studying around your profession, you stay current in your field, but you have never attended a single parenting education event, never cracked open a single parenting book, and never been intentional and mindful about how to show up as a parent (which includes educating yourself about your child's actual needs). On top of all that, you willingly hand your kids over to gadgets for babysitting instead of investing in regular and consistent quality time ...honestly, I don't see how tech is the problem. Poorly informed parents in an environment where capitalism has everyone in a chokehold are the problem. I feel very strongly about this. Can you tell?

Okay. Then don't allow your kids under age 18 to have Tik Tok or any access to social media. Don't let them get a cell phone, or find a way to block it. If there was no demand for it, nobody would have it. This isn't saying the social media circus are saints, but quit giving your kids all the cell phones and supervise them. Same with the schools that host computers. In fact here's a better idea. All parents, when you get home at night, turn off your cell phone, get rid of all TVs, all of them, and all cable. Make your kids have dinner at set time unless they are at work or a school activity. Get a cell phone that can't support these apps if your kid needs one for security or commo with you . A very basic one for emergencies. You can pound on these clowns all day long, but in the end, it's family and parental control over the kids that matter.
“One of the things that really concerned me is that you referred to your young users in terms of their lifetime value of being roughly $270 per teenager....would you say that life is only worth $270?” How can big tech protect kids when this is how they’re thinking of them?

Absolutely Right! Consistency is the key for progressive fast, yet achieving consistency depends on several factors: 1. Overcoming passive-aggressive behavior that often develops in early childhood. This behavior can result from the self-limiting conclusions one draws about themselves due to the influence of authoritative figures in their life, whether from this life, earlier lives, or genetically transferred traits. 2. Dealing with the fear of both success and failure. 3. Addressing hangover phases from the lives. 4. Resolving auto-immune disorders. 5. Resolving self-worth issue. The bottom line is that to address inconsistencies in one's life, it's crucial to uncover and resolve deeply rooted issues in the subconscious mind.
