Un’occasione per approfondire la conoscenza non solo delle persone ma anche della nostra struttura, incontrare Middle e Top Manager ma anche responsabili di reparto e interi dipartimenti. Il confronto costruttivo ha permesso a entrambe le Aziende di porre le basi per una collaborazione ancora più efficiente ed efficace. Once identified, solutions can be implemented to solve it, prevent its recurrence, and adopt proactive measures, like analyzing data and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 🌟 Inclusion is vital for fostering diverse and supportive environments. What we can all do to promote inclusion is by listening, being open-minded, challenging biases, and advocating for inclusivity. A colleague told me that during his team meetings he would make weekly goals to speak up more. We can’t create an inclusive work environment if we don’t speak up for ourselves. My personal tidbit- Every once and a while here at Aledade, Inc. I’m sparked with a feeling that I’m on the right side of healthcare. From hearing Aledade’s origin story by Farzad Mostashari, seeing the results with my own eyes on how it’s impacted independent primary care physicians, to listening to the testimonials of people who benefits from their doctors who are within our network has been really enlightening. 🔗 Insights from the Integrating Health and Social Care Conference 🔗 At my second Convenzis Group of the week, I was fortunate to be part of a vibrant discussion on health and social care integration, chaired by Masood Ahmed. It was great to catch up with Masood after almost 17 years?! I enjoyed listening to Suzie Ali-Hassan on the 'Learning from Local ICSs' panel about defining value not just in terms of patient experience and outputs, but how it also impacts the broader social care sector and the economy. It made me think - how can industry and suppliers actively define and contribute value in health and social care pathways? A key point that stood out to me was around patient engagement. I really think the future lies not only in harnessing technology, but also in fostering patient-led community groups and grassroots organisations to educate the community and empower patients to improve quality their of life, thus reducing unnecessary hospital/GP visits. Building trust is essential. We need to move beyond mere transactions to deeply support both patients and the workforce by working collaboratively with local authorities, community organisations and beyond. I had some interesting conversations and met some inspiring people!
