🤔 How do you effectively scale operations without losing efficiency and company culture? Yesterday, our 9 incredible scaleups from Rise Batch #13 tackled this challenge in another insightful content session. 🔍 Here are some key takeaways: 🔸 Build a robust operations system: Start by designing a scalable operations framework tailored to your company's unique needs. 🔸 Delegate effectively: Assign clear responsibilities to leadership and department heads to enhance accountability and efficiency. 🔸 Define non-negotiables: Identify and communicate core principles that must remain constant, and be flexible where possible. 🔸 Implement decision-making frameworks: Use structured frameworks to streamline decision-making processes. 🔸 Atomise Processes: Break down processes into smaller, manageable parts to maintain a strong product-focused culture. 🙌 A special highlight was the Q&A session with Maxim Romain, Co-Founder and COO of Dott, who shared his journey and provided valuable advice on operational scaling and leadership. #riseprogramme #tech #scaleups #operations #scaling #TLFS

Sounds like a great session! Cultures will always evolve as you scale, but it’s important to keep true to your company DNA: the values you stand for and how you treat people. For me these need to be “non-negotiables” too.
