Philippines is also the third country to participate in this study, after Armenia & Malaysia. We are excited to initiate more sites & countries to the study. Thailand & Vietnam will be coming aboard soon.
Tech Observer was represented by our Senior Project Manager, Tessa Sng, during the site initiations. Tech Observer is grateful for the support of our sponsor and the hard work of our partners & the site staff for this study. 🙏🏼
An Open Letter to Singapore Newly Elected Premier Lawrence Wong,
Distinguished newly elected Premier Lawrence Wong,
I, Lilian Wei, a Chinese Whistleblower against Keppel Corporation, had written to SGX and CPIB and the ex-Premier Lee Hsien Loony in the past years with reporting the noncompliance and misconduct of Keppel Land China, Keppel Land China had dealt in its business operation since 2019, and its unethical retaliation and mistreat acts against me, and I had cried out in June 2020 and struggled with legal battles sued for 4 years now, I am still wishfully thinking and waiting for SGX's or CPIB investigation since 2020. In my emails I also put up my queries and I had written to the ex-premier Lee Hsien Loong with dozens of letters as email screenshot requesting for his taking action to investigate.
Up to now I have not received any feedback or reply other than SGX’s symbolic and polite reply as below letter, therefore I strongly beseech your attention and action as newly elected Premier, I appreciate your inquiring the CPIB and SGX investigation process and your personal taking charge into this investigation.
I appreciate your kind reply and give me a whistleblower justice.
Best regards,
Lilian Wei

Singapore has been a strong supporter of Timor-Leste's development, since before its independence in 2002.
Happy to meet Timor-Leste President José Ramos-Horta, an old friend of Singapore.
Singapore will continue to contribute to Timor-Leste’s capability building efforts, and share the experiences and know-how from our own nation-building journey, such as in water management, education and skills development. We hope that this will enable Timor-Leste to progress in its development journey and eventually come on board as a full ASEAN member.

For our english followers | We are at the forefront of innovation with its groundbreaking project in the "Interreg Europe" program: #KnowledgeAnalytics! 🚀
Officially known as "Advanced Analytics for Knowledge Transfer Monitoring and Evaluation", this project is all about bridging the gap between scientific knowledge and real-world applications. 💡 It aims to transfer scientific insights to businesses and society while fostering collaboration between the realms of science and business.
📊 How? By harnessing the power of data analysis tools!
🔍 "KnowledgeAnalytics" recently launched a Call for Best Practices in Knowledge transfer, science, and business cooperation.
🌟The centerpiece of the initiative is the State of the Art report. Titled "Advanced analytics for efficient knowledge transfer: desired status and obstacles delaying its achievement," this report is a game-changer. It'll uncover the challenges faced by each region, guide the selection of best practices, and set the stage for future exchanges of experiences to tackle these challenges head-on. 📈
🤔 Why stop there? 🤔 "KnowledgeAnalytics" is also diving deep into the realm of advanced analytics, including artificial intelligence, big data, and more. These tools have immense potential to enhance public interventions supporting knowledge transfer between science and business. 💡
Recently we met for the first 2 days kick-off meeting in Vilnius, Lithuania. It brought together key stakeholders, including Zita Duchovskienė, Salomėja Vanagienė, Kristina Babelyte-Labanauske, RTTP, prof. dr. Pranciskus Vitta for insightful discussions and networking opportunities. 🤝
📚 Day 1 was jam-packed with sessions covering project objectives, partner activities and best practices. The agenda was brimming with excitement and learning opportunities! Day 2 kicked followed by sessions on project management and coordination. It concluded with study visits and final remarks, leaving everyone inspired and ready to take on the challenges ahead. 🌟
📝 More information and updates on this groundbreaking project can be found on our website ▶️ https://lnkd.in/dm7hTyzF or project website ▶️https://lnkd.in/da-gCw22
Let's unlock the power of knowledge together! 🔓
Research suggests that data-driven localized approaches can lead to a higher success rate for projects.
Qualisus has evaluated numerous programmes spanning across the MENA region, emphasizing localization and the empowerment of local-level civil society organisations as the main drivers of change in their communities.
Our findings confirm that projects centered on localization achieve higher overall impact and sustainability rates.
This report was commissioned in order to focus on the opportunities, partnerships and approaches that could connect Malaysia and the UK through cultural practices in arts and creative technology.
The final report for us combined knowledge gained from desk research, qualitative interviews, and an in-person research visit to Kuala Lumpur in February 2023 to build a narrative analysis of the context for art and creative technology, and define a number of areas for development, exploration and further enquiry for arts and creative technology in Malaysia.

Earlier this month, adjacent to the 8th World Conference on Research Integrity in Athens, iRISE held a successful consortium meeting with our partners from OSIRIS and TIER2 Project. This gathering marked a significant milestone in our collaborative journey.
Key Highlights:
Stakeholder Input:
Community feedback is essential to inform the direction of our project. The stakeholder forum provided valuable input on improving communication of our findings, ensuring our outputs are inclusive and accessible.
Work Package Collaboration:
Important discussions on overlapping work packages helped identify synergies and establish timelines for the next phase. This is crucial for consolidating evidence within iRISE and creating implementation guides for interventions to improve reproducibility.
Networking and Collaboration:
The meeting fostered strong connections among our TIER2 and OSIRIS colleagues. The openness and collaborative spirit demonstrated by all partners were inspiring, emphasising a genuine effort to improve reproducibility rather than competitiveness.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Our consortium’s diverse backgrounds and perspectives are key to our innovative and effective collaboration. Embracing diversity enhances creativity, problem-solving, and ensures our research is relevant to a wider audience.
Delivering Evidence:
We have a lot of work ahead of us to compile the evidence generated within iRISE. Our focus will be on delivering robust implementation guides and ensuring our research informs policy effectively.
Thank you to everyone involved for their contributions and commitment. The insights gained and connections made during this meeting have laid a solid foundation for our continued success. We look forward to the next steps in our collaborative efforts.
