The list of topics is endless but a couple of examples are: 1. Describe what about the environment will support career growth 2. What is the company doing that will expose the candidate to new skills 3. What exceptional people will the candidate get to interact with Whether the market favours employers or employees, exceptional candidates are always in high demand. Poll results are in, and people are definitely suspicious of "Best Place to Work" awards! 📢 To (sort of) quote William Shakespeare, "Me thinks thou doth protest too much." 🎭🏴☠️ Here's the deal, people talk. Your industry/community knows which businesses suck to work for, and which ones don't. If you have a bad reputation in the industry and then you win a "best place to work" survey, people are suspicious. Also, nobody believes those surveys are anonymous, including me, I would 100% lie on mine if I worked in a bad culture and was asked to fill one out! 🤣 Here's the secret, just make your organization a good place to work and people will spread the word for you.
