I ran a large project to modernize the identity of a business that transformed its legacy operating model into a fully tech-based one. True business transformation starts with the people who breathe life into it every day - your team is the heart and soul of your brand. Our strategy centered around two primary goals: 1. CREATING POWERFUL BRAND CHAMPIONS: It’s never just about logos and pictures, it’s about empowering your people to become your most powerful form of branding. So we focussed on aligning every person in the company with the business’ values, culture, and the new brand's vision. Your people, whether client-facing or not, are the face of your brand, the ones who can make or break it. 2. LAUNCHING THE BRAND INTERNALLY: We did a one-month roadshow, where I engaged directly with all staff members. Understanding their individual role within the bigger picture of the brand relaunch gave them a renewed sense of purpose. Knowing that they were more than just employees, i.e. powerful brand ambassadors, became the driving force behind the brand's external success.
