Research proves 250% of people reach a higher performance who set more challenging goals. What big goal do you have for this semester? Take some time this week to break down your goals into bite-size chunks you can tackle on step at a time. Example: Your goal #1 - get an A on next English class essay and every essay this semster. (Although I've never earned higher than a B ). Breakdown goal - 1) Read and annotate the English class book we are reading. 2) Participate in class discussion. 3) Begin the essay as soon as teacher gives assignment. 4) Commit to revising a minimum of three times. 5) Commit to asking a trusted source, like a friend, parent, or tutor to review and give me comments. You can do it! Let's go!
