I have registered one complaint 20 days ago for TV malfunction in the name of Brijesh Kumar vide complain no. IN052024075415. Since that day same has not been repaired and that TV is lying idle. One engineer has visited after the complaint and he told that one power pipe is not working and he ordered the same. On 11th of June he came with that part but told us that this part is working and some other part is not working. He also confirmed that he has ordered that part and it will be repaired in 2-3 days time. It’s been already so much delayed and not getting any reasonable reply from customer service. Is this kind of service I am expecting after spending so much of money. Request urgent resolution of the issue else will move to higher authority.

Last 2 months I am struggling to get replacement of my product which cost me ₹40K and now when they replaced it with other model it’s price is way lower than what I paid. And now they are asking me fee for Installation.
