5moI'm really sorry to post here but I have experienced extremely pathetic after sales service. I purchased a TCL TV couple of months back but it had issues with it's processing unit, I had logged in service request but its has not been resolved yet. Now even service centre has stopped taking my calls. I would say, I have been cheated and I need my money back or replace my TV. it's very unprofessional, looks like I have been dealing with crooks and cone men so far.
