Exemplary regulatory foresight on #DSA. Helping operators to do things right first time Big contrast to apparent #DMA operation, where regulators talk but seem unwilling to give such open and authoritative guidance. But meanwhile there are threats of a round of disciplinary cases immediately after deadlines pass... The operations covered in the two cases are different but it is possible (look at EU animal disease controls in EU and beyond) for investigation authorities to create separate but authoritative technical advice on what to do better. https://lnkd.in/eHvaSg89
