Hi there! We are now seeking for youngsters to fill several vacancies in Aeon Bandar Utama. Freshgraduates are highly recommended.
Let me share my experience:-
1. I start from the management trainee and before getting in to department, we must be cashier for a week to know about the cash registration.
2. My first department was Sport&Stationery, I never know about retail shop before. I do feel pressure at first because i thought it just clean&go, manage inventories. But no, i learn every shelf have their own item and if want to make changes we have to discuss with merchandiser. I learn how to display, how to manage inventories more detail, i get to do reports and many more.
3. Second department, DIY&Furniture. I can adapt new department quick. But never stop learning new things. I get to involve handling events such as Energizer event, CNY event and etc. It was amazing! You guys need to involve in retail at least once in lifetime. Haha
4.Third department, Interior. This is where I can sit back relax a bit even there is work to do, but like changing new items based on seasons. I also experienced handle christmas event and cny before going to other department. What you can learn in this department is the way to display and the arrangement following colors.
5. Now, Im in electrical department. This is like another world for me as it was not the same like other department. Here you can acknowledge customer delivery, document for easy payment plan, SEDA, Installment and many more documents 😂.
So retail is like challenging job that you MUST TRY and please fit in because YOU WILL LEARN A LOT OF THINGS! Be able to adapt on new situation and job scope. Come and JOIN US!
