He serves as Chairman of the Egyptian Gas Association and holds key positions in international organizations like the International Gas Union. Recognized for his contributions to economic ties between Italy and Egypt, AbuBakr holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from Montreal University, and has completed programs at Harvard University and the University of Texas at Dallas.
