Did you know that our way of working is designed around the 24h hormonal cycle of men? This means that the same amount of productivity, the same tasks, the same day is required from all of us every day of the month, even though half the population is on a monthly rather than a daily rhythm. Understanding the impacts of this can help reduce stress, discomfort, monthly period pains, and depression. It can also double the high productivity time of your employees on this female rhythm. If women are given the chance to work with their cycle, their high productivity time potentially can be double that of men. Also, they will be happier, healthier, and more connected to their own bodies, reducing the chance of burnout. Want to know more?
