In 2023, our efforts have resulted in €1,1 Bn of revenue, 6 companies acquired around the world reinforcing our #3 Engineering News-Record ranking for Mass Transit & Rail Engineering and our step up to the #8 position for Transportation engineering. Our commitment to a positive societal impact is reflected in our Climate Trajectory, aiming for a substantial reduction in our carbon footprint. We also celebrate our corporate culture, with our almost 11,000 employees, 93% of which support our mission. [60 years] Care for our People In line with VINCI and VINCI Construction policy, Terre Armée is committed to preventing and managing human rights risks. Priority has been given to countries "deemed" to be at risk, but an assessment of practices has also been carried out in other countries, with a view to continuous improvement. This assessment consists of analyzing 5 themes: labor migration and recruitment practices, working conditions, living conditions, human practices in the value chain and local communities. The approach is composed of three steps: 1️⃣ Country risk assessment: identify and prioritize country’s specific risks in terms of human rights related to its regulatory, political, economical, social and environmental context. 2️⃣ Performance assessment: assess the performance of an entity's management systems to provide robust answers in preventing risks of serious human rights abuse in its operations. 3️⃣ Action plan: identify and prioritize actions to implement in order to prevent / reduce / better mitigate risks. 🌍 This year, 6 countries (Turkey, India, South Africa, Chile, Brazil and Australia) took part in the exercise. Management teams were sensitized and involved in drawing up action plans to improve and monitor their performance in this area.
