I propose the establishment of a Think Tank as a result of this extensive discussion. I am eager to participate in meetings with a positive and open-minded approach. Should this initiative prove successful, I am willing to dedicate a substantial amount of time to the project. Individuals like myself can make valuable contributions by providing technical advice within our respective fields of expertise or by undertaking specific research studies to support the project. To ensure the effectiveness and productivity of the Think Tank, the group would be better led by individuals currently employed within North African Railway Companies or high-level retirees who possess a forward-looking perspective. Individuals with conservative viewpoints may tend to adhere to legacy technologies. Likewise, experts entrenched in politics may prioritize short-term interests, hence, the Think Tank must maintain an apolitical stance while possessing the requisite technical expertise and forward-thinking vision. Additionally, experts lacking extensive networks may not facilitate the growth and progress of the Think Tank. Hope some will come forward and organize a virtual meeting. If so, count me in.

Mohamed Abdel Rahim Humaid, the Chairman, initiating the operational phase of navigational aids within the port's domain. This strategic enhancement involves the launch of a newly updated multipurpose container terminal that integrates cutting-edge technologies, including systems for monitoring technical conditions and remote control capabilities.
