Last year, we announced our commitment to an Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This RAP details our planned actions to continue to develop and strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, engaging staff and stakeholders in reconciliation. The company is committed to Diversity and Inclusiveness in the Workplace and recognises that we must create a space for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices to be heard and represented within our industry.
