Introducing Multi-Channel Fulfilment Outbound APIs Now fulfilling orders for your off-Amazon customers can be as easy as a few clicks! Introducing Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) Outbound APIs, which have been developed to help you optimize your fulfilment process and provide an excellent customer experience. Your customers can browse your products available in Amazon’s fulfilment centres and view estimated delivery dates during the checkout process, just like customers on Amazon.in. After your customer purchases a product from you, an MCF fulfilment request can be created to process the order, and then the product is shipped with real-time tracking. Use this guide to enable MCF Outbound APIs on your systems. Are you new to MCF? Sign up here Amazon Seller Sell on Amazon #amazonseller #amazonsellercentral

Jeeves The innovators of customer service experience. Jeeves are excellent at finding innovative ways to harass customer. They have excellent people and process in place to commit trivial frauds. (These guys are pathetic at whatever they claim they do. Or I should say, they are brilliant at doing frauds.) While buying from Flipkart avoid items that are associated with extended warranty services provided via Jeeves. If possible avoid buying anything from Flipkart. I usually prefered Flipkart over any other E-comm for appliance, electronics, mobile buying. But they have deteriorated in Product quality and Customer service. #customerexperience #customerfeedback #customerservice #flipkart
