Symmetrio is recruiting a Senior Building Automation Systems Engineer for our client, a large government organization in Philadelphia. The Senior Building Automation Systems Engineer will lead the requirements definition, solution architecture and implementation of enterprise smart building solutions. This is a unique opportunity to build an enterprise system from the “ground up”, transforming hundreds of existing facilities / buildings into a smart environment through the integration of architecture, engineering, and technology. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with a wide variety of building automation input sensors (HVAC, electrical, lighting, access control, etc.), IoT devices and controls, and BAS control systems. Candidates must have extensive network engineering experience (VRF/OSPF/BGP); preference to candidates with Juniper networks experience. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, health benefits, PTO/ Holidays, and a 401k retirement plan (4% match).
