Hello again - Sharing a product launch in which I've had the opportunity to test (from alpha to beta to GA) over this past year - #GenerativeAI for ads within Ads Manager. You can read more about the product & the launch here: https://lnkd.in/gXRj9JBm What I want to talk about today, in light of #LHHM, is the responsibility we all have to hire diverse talent across all industries at a time where AI is becoming more mainstream. AI is not new, but is becoming more accessible which is exciting! As AI continues to scale, as in this one example of #GenAI for ads, it's not just on Meta to build responsibly ; this is a joint effort across industries, government & policy and it begins with the people we "invite to the table". I'm happy to say that while working on #GenAI this past year, I was lucky enough to partner with diverse talent & incredibly intelligent people. I will share that often times I did find myself to be the only latina/latino in the room... but we have to start somewhere! Let's continue to hire with #DEI as a priority so we can proactively build responsibly & equitably.
