Hello Swiss International Air Lines My luggage was lost during my flight from Paris to Zuei on 01 July. Since I was on holiday as a traveler, I left the country after 1 day (because I only stopped by Zurich to see Lindt Chocolate Factory during my European trip) and gave them my new address in Europe. After 5 days, my suitcase arrived in Italy and you know what!?. THEY STOLE ALL CLOTHES and STUFF FROM MY LUGGAGE. My suitcase was looted in Paris or Zurich by your workers.My sunglasses, clothes, airpods were all stolen. They easily opened my luggage and stole whatever they liked. You allow your employees (or thieves) to rob your customers. Hundreds of people were in the same situation. I am having the worst experience of my dream European holiday in Paris and Zurich, which I only visited for a day.I have a great loss financially and I am saddened spiritually. I have to continue on my holiday because I planned this months ago, but I have been robbed. None of you return messages. There is no answer to who will compensate for our losses and when and how. What is your suggestion? Your customer service is not helpful? I demand compensation for my loss. Thanks Swiss International Air Lines Swissport
