Amid these crucial endeavors, let’s remember that May is also Mental Health Awareness Month. This time is dedicated to recognizing how chronic stress, burnout, unresolved issues, and trauma can affect everyone’s well-being—from children to adults, and across families, organizations, and communities. Mental Health Awareness Month underscores the necessity of checking in on not only our friends and loved ones but also on ourselves.
