Bone Healthy Recipe: Spicy Pumpkin Parfait
1. In a bowl, stir together pumpkin, 1/2 cup of the yogurt, and cinnamon
2. In another bowl, stir together the remaining yogurt and orange zest
3. In a third bowl, toss together the granola and cayenne pepper.
4. In four pint-size canning jars or parfait glasses, layer half of the pumpkin mixture and a third of the granola
5. Top with the yogurt mixture, another third of the granola, and the remaining pumpkin mixture
6. Finish with the remaining granola and drizzle with maple syrup

Prep:
🔹Line cupcake tins with liners
🔹Measuring spoons and a mixing bowl
Ingredients:
🔸1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
🔸1 cup cottage cheese
🔸1 heaping scoop of protein powder (I's using Horchata 25g of protein)
🔸Optional: 1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener
Instructions:
✔️ Blend the yogurt and cottage cheese until smooth.
✔️ Mix in the protein powder and sweetener (if using).
✔️Fill liners with the yogurt and cottage cheese mixture, filling them 3/4 of the way.
✔️Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
✔️Top each cupcake with a dollop of soft almond butter or peanut butter.
✔️Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave for 90 seconds and drizzle over the cupcakes.
🧁Freeze the cupcakes for 4-5 hours or overnight, then let them sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving.

Curry Chicken Salad
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. chicken breasts
2 teaspoons curry powder (more to taste)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil or water
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup cilantro and/or parsley
salt and pepper to taste
🇺🇸 I’m telling you… once you try this yogurt cake you won’t ever go back to the classic cheesecake
That’s so simple, just a few ingredients, high protein, low carbs, and tastes incredibly good
What do we need :
* 2 eggs
* 70gr monk fruit sugar
* 200gr Greek yogurt
* 30gr potato starch
* 1 tsp Vanilla extract
* 1 cup minced strawberries
* Pinch of salt
For the topping:
* Homemade strawberries jam
Let’s cook👩🏻🍳:
Divide the yolks from the white eggs into two different bowls. Add first sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to the yolks and whisk it up, then add potatoes starch, and yogurt and keep mixing until smooth. Now whisk the white eggs until fluffy and gently add them to the egg yolk mixture with a spatula making circular movements. When is all incorporated add the minced strawberry keeping mixing the same way. Pour now the into a round baking pan, previously greased with butter, and cook it in the Airfryer at 300 for 35 minutes
Let it cool and add the topping you prefer, I added strawberries jam that I made myself
