Meet Kristin Blye, Director of Customer Marketing. 🌐 Journey at Labster: I joined Labster in June of 2021 as the Director of Customer Marketing and have been with the organization for almost three years. Working in a small, start-up environment means more connection and mentorship with executive leadership, and the freedom of Labster’s autonomous work environment allows me to learn new skills, think creatively, and have a rewarding sense of ownership and accountability. ✏️ Favorite Project: The challenge of scoping and building a customer advocacy program for Labster was a tremendous hands-on opportunity for me to contribute to the value of our company. Directly engaging with our customers in an intimate forum, and translating their feedback into significant customer marketing has been a unique and rewarding experience. 👥 Labster Culture: Although Labster offers many desirable employee benefits, the mindfulness to include robust maternity leave aid demonstrates the company’s dedication to talent recruitment and employee health and wellness. The psychological and financial impact of women’s health, specifically pregnancy and recovery, are very under-represented and underfunded in our society. As a career-driven female, I’ve experienced the struggle to balance motherhood with representation and performance in the workplace. Today, we're thrilled to welcome the newest member of M7, Nathan Gouy === 🎙️*What drew you to M7?* A lot of things, but in short: the team and the mission. - The team: working with former colleagues - and now friends - on a project carried by devoted, dynamic and super smart founders and existing team members. - The mission: working from 0 to 1 - as early as possible in a company - is always something I'm drawn to. When the project addresses a major pain-point my own family knows very well (my wife is a nurse), it makes it even more meaningful. 🎙️*What is your favorite thing about your job/ working at M7?* - The team has the ability to move fast and efficiently, and is always working on what matters most. The mission is bigger than us: no ego, no politics - just working in trust with humility, toward a common goal. - Also working on the whole stack. Not just back to front, but also being part of the product thinking beforehand. - Lastly the opportunity is so huge. M7 has a real solution to a real problem and has already implemented it in hospitals. It's up to us to make it grow and scale, and we will! 🎙️* What are your favorite activities outside of work?* My three little boys significantly occupy my schedule. But when when I do find some time, I'm always on the lookout for DIY projects. A consistent highlight in my routine, however, is weekly bread making. 🎙️*Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about yourself* As it always had been a childhood dream of mine, I started my career as a cook prior to transitioning to more "traditional" academic pursuits. I discovered code relatively late and wrote my first line of code around 18 years old.

Here's how Functional Wellness Network came about. The CEO & Founder of Functional Wellness Network always believed that success was something everyone should be able to experience. They had a dream, a wish if you will, for everyone to reach the top and enjoy the sense of accomplishment that goes with it. After all, no one deserves anything less than feeling proud of themselves! They decided to put this belief into action and created a program at FWN that allowed its co-founders to receive support in whatever they wanted to achieve in their lives.
