Happy belated 4th of July marry ,Please marry help me again …your Sunrun team Illinois Chicago is giving me continuous headache ….i have emailed them call them multiple times …for my issue …they didn’t reach out never reach out ….my inspection has just done Saturday ….Iam continuously getting to sign rebate documents last documents…….after ever two days ….but they are not replying me …….i don’t know who to contact …so Iam really sorry I have to write here …as you may be read it and take some action thanks..

Mary, we are having difficulty with your company getting a lease settled on inherited real estate. We have spent 4 hours in the last 4 days talking with different team members and no one acknowledges the stipulations of the signed Sunrun contract about the equipment on the roof of this property. It should not be difficult to understand that we want the payoff and termination of the lease. We have verbalized this on each conversation. The only thing we hear back and get in email is instructions to transfer the lease. Not interested. Will you please address this issue with an English speaking professional who is actually interested in helping.

Hi Mary, I'm having the hardest time with your company and can't seem to get any responses. Can you please help me get some answers?? The customer service for Sunrun is horrible and I've been trying to get answers as well as my system fixed for the past 6 months. I'd like to be a happy customer but at this time, your company is making that impossible. Thank you for your time and hopefully, help!
