My name is Tracy Christensen. I'm the assistant Ski patrol director. What I do here at Sundance is amazing. It's probably one of the best jobs anyone could ever go for. Where the first ones out there on the mountain, setting up the slow signs, taking a look at the ski conditions, making sure the mountain is safe. I started just right out of high school. Parking cars for the summer theater. I jumped over on a ***** troll. This is my 32nd winner. I've spent patrolling Harris Sundance. We have an amazing team of rescuers here, Ski patrollers. They are well trained, they're compassionate. They know their job. When the ski patrol is a family and a bond and a trust be between a bunch of like minded people. So the avalanche rescue dog program here at Sundance is truly a passion of mine. It's a very important part of what we have here at Sundance. These dogs are truly our partners. My current dog I'm working with. Jagger, he's now nine years old. These pups that we raise here on this mountain, this is their home, this is their backyard, that they're really helping us out, helping out mankind and they truly can't save a life is more than just a job. I believe that it's created a lot of who I am. It really is a very special connection between nature and friendships and a place that we call Sundance in a place that I get a workout.
