Never lure people to attend your events out of sympathy or solidarity if they are not suppose to be there in the first place. Do this instead. Design your event on these touch points - must be educational, venue should be aesthetically appealing, serves as an escape from everyday life, and entertaining (group games, food, music etc). Market your event to only those who are supposed to be there. Once they see the value they will come, ceteris paribus. Don’t beg, attract. #eventmanagement #experiencedesign #eventplanners
