Address groin pain with this easy exercise. Something as simple as a side plank can effectively strengthen the adductors. Ensure your elbow is directly under your shoulder, with the bottom leg bent at 90 degrees, then push up from the top leg to engage the adductor muscles. For additional support, the bottom leg can be used initially, gradually moving to support most weight on the top leg.
