💚 What do you appreciate most about J-U-B’s company culture and values?
I deeply appreciate how J-U-B is so supportive of families. Having my daughter recently, I was able to take time off to spend with her, which was an amazing opportunity this company provided me.
🌼 What are some of your favorite hobbies or activities outside of work?
I like to garden flowers and food. I usually do a fair amount of canning to preserve the stuff I grow. I also crochet, knit, and quilt.
🗨️ What advice would you give to someone who is just starting in your role?
Ask questions. The more you understand about why things are done in certain ways, the more you can proactively work to resolve and prevent issues. You’ll never be able to improve on what you don’t understand.
