Founders and leadership team members, if you want to recruit top talent, whether through a recruitment firm or your own internal HR team, it's important to paint a picture of your company culture, highlight the people who have joined your company's mission, and the challenges your teams are tackling so that potential teammates are excited to apply to your open positions. ✅ This doesn't need to be a complicated process, but you do need to be intentional with how you integrate your recruitment content strategy with your organization's overall marketing strategy. This video by Snap Inc. is a great example of how simple and efficient highlighting your leadership team can be. ✅ If your managers and leaders aren't comfortable on video, the same effect can be accomplished using written content. If hiring is a priority this year, your marketing partners should be able to help you develop the recruitment-focused content strategy that is right for your organization. If they haven't brought it up, ask them to do so at your next marketing meeting.
