Highlights of stakeholder interviews include: - Learning a lot about the space quickly 🧠 - Meeting great people 🫸 🫷 - Taking lots of notes in Notion 📝 to inform any recommendation Stakeholder interviews are a big time investment for me and the client. But the benefits are huge, not only in terms of learning but also in terms of building a relationship with the client. A strategy is only as useful as the level of support is has internally, so I do everything I can to be collaborative from day one. It's not about my ideas.
