The Argos ST Group has consolidated its position in the Italian industrial landscape, posting turnover of € 58 million in 2023, up 3.1% on the previous year (moving against the trend for production figures in the engineering sector in the same period, which were down -0.1%). This is the result of a strategy targeted at creating a synergistic industrial ecosystem that pools the technical expertise of small and medium enterprises across the area. What are the key drivers of this success? - More than 5,000 customers served - Expansion from two to ten plants since 2020 - Five vertical business units with specific process types. What do #regenerativeaquaculture projects look like? Mossy Earth is a non-profit doing great work across Europe, from #greengravel #kelp restoration to #seagrass planting and #nativeoyster nurseries in Scotland. This video is a great introduction to how such #community-driven iniatives are structured. It also highlights the importance of #volunteers, #data collection, #licensing, #historical records and #drone technology. They also have a very interesting member-driven #crowdfunding model without which such projects couldn't happen. Cool Blue can learn a lot from these guys, and we hope to do something similar in the #Baltic and #North Seas over the next 28 months!
