Canucks and Aussies networking at the Interservice / Industry Training, Simulation, and Education Conference reminded me of Pilots Course, in which we were split up and half of us were sent to RAAF Base Pearce (WA) for 2FTS advanced pilots' training, and the other half went to the NATO Flight Training Centre in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, for advanced training on the T-6 II / Harvard. Together, the Royal Australian Air Force and Canadian Armed Forces | Forces armées canadiennes extracted as much as possible from available resources and delivered a target rate of qualified pilots through an effective partnership. This analogy closely aligns with Ocean Software's core capabilities in optimising operations and training outcomes through partnering with others to force-multiply one another's strengths, and deliver enhanced capability.
