Recruitment Teams - Imagine being able to show the C-suite you actually make money for the business. About 10 years back Virgin Media were losing $5.5m per year in revenue due to Candidate Experience. These were Customers, who became candidates and then cancelled subscriptions. On average it was costing them $45 for every candidate they rejected (regardless if they were a customer or not). But what of you could could show the flip of this. With our automated feature on the $/£/€ on bottom-line revenue of Candidate Experience, we are already seeing some TA teams doing just that - creating potential new customers through CX. These are non or ex-customers entering a recruitment process, exiting, and rating the brand higher than when they walked in. Now that's a recruiting metric you C-suite will love.
