I’m still pinching myself. HRD Australia named Benchmarcx as the Best Recruitment Tech for 2024. I have been in recruiting 25 years and these awards are usually won by an ATS or a Selection tool or psychometric assessment. I never seen a Candidate Experience platform win it. I think that’s because there has never been one that does what we do. Like for like real time benchmarking, gender bias analysis and data that shows the $ impact of CX on revenue - recruiting data converted to commercial data. Our customers are seeing huge advantages through benchmarking and the data we provide. So much so we are seeing TA teams abandon some well known, much more expensive “employee experience” platforms that they have been forced to use by HR.
