Last week, we received several new instructions from clients ⬇️, bringing to mind a comment I received last year: "Ruth, I know you are busy; I see so much on social from you." This comment raised the question of whether they thought we were too busy to assist them. I sometimes find the marketing message a tough balance, balancing showcasing our ongoing projects to attract the right talent for our clients, along with sharing relevant content to inform and inspire career opportunities for all—yes, and promote my business too. Over the past 13 years, we've developed a boutique business, akin to a small factory where everyone has a role to play. Mine is the one you'll always see on socials; another title of mine internally is 'Head of Coffee and Cake'! Interpret that as you wish! Each team member contributes critically to our recruitment delivery. We've also forged great associate partnerships with trusted individuals supporting the team.
