There are many aspects to excellence in Aftersales, many different roles and skills, but above all else, we live or die by how well we service and repair vehicles. So the thousands of Technicians within our Stellantis UK networks are our heroes day in and day out. Today I had the privilige to thank one of our longest standing colleagues, David Aliband from Startins of Worcester, who retires tomorrow after 50 years of service to our customers! (His first few years on FIAT and LANCIA, followed by an amazing 47 years on PEUGEOT!) What was particularly special was to hear from the team just how much they value David's loyalty, skills and knowledge, and how much they will miss him. We also took time to admire the New PEUGEOT e-3008 which was enjoying it's Dealer Launch Event on the same day, reflecting on just how far vehicles have developed over David's five decades working on them! And finally, a big thank you to the management team for your time today, it was great to hear how you are continuing to invest time and resource to continue to provide a fantastic customer experience.
