They let me keep the badges and the gun in between my shoulders! 🎖️🔫 As all good things in life, the end has come, and I'm to announce my departure from Stellantis after six incredible and enriching years. My journey at Stellantis has been marked by numerous successes and challenges overcome thanks to an exceptional team. Among the highlights of my adventure, I am particularly proud of the following accomplishments: ✨ Continuous innovation: Implementation of the ADAS mini-view, an innovative feature that remains at the center of discussions, as well as developing head-up display solutions for DS Automobiles DS4 and Opel Astra and the iconic i-cockpits of Peugeot. 🏆 Leadership in design and technology: Development of advanced solutions for cluster and HUD zoning, integrating comprehensive design and software modules. 📈 Complex project management: Participation in the Opel Detox HMI initiatives and working on Stellantis' first centralized HMI architecture, with a strong focus on functional safety, achieving 40 SOP across various projects. 👨🏫 Mentorship and training: Guiding and developing future talents through internship programs and enriching training sessions. ⚡ Responsiveness and efficiency: Executing last-minute rescues to ensure multiple SOP compliance. 💡 Contribution to innovation: Filing 140 patents, reflecting a constant commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. 🚀 Successful launches: Leading infotainment modules to successful deployments in multiple projects. 🔋 Pioneer in electrification: Making significant contributions to the first wave of electric cluster HMI. 🎤 Representation and communication: Presenting the Stellantis group at conferences and participating in the press presentation of the 308. For the near future, I will focus on our baby 'Atlas' and will be in paternity leave 👶, and I hope to squeeze in a Digital Boost in parallel. Following this, I will pursue further executive education in Paris with a focus on deeptech and innovation 🎓. Stellantis' generosity has permitted me for the first time in years to take a leap of faith and do what 'I want' instead of the usual 'needs to be done,' and I'm very excited for the upcoming adventure. I want to thank Régis for this wonderful "Stellantis Pillar" t-shirt 👕. Régis, you are the true pillar of our team, recognized for your technical expertise indeed but you are truly an expert in everything. (As this shirt demonstrates and don't even get me started with the pastries 🍰). A big thank you also to the talented designers behind this t-shirt (too good of Ergo to be true). To new adventures! 🚀 After almost 30 years at Volvo Cars, I’ve decided to leave. I feel excited and ready to explore new ventures and opportunities! 💙 I am thankful for: - A fantastic environment to develop my curiosity, and in recent years a passion for digitalisation. - All the experience I have accumulated - from business and product development to leadership team and board work. - All the changes I have been able to implement, products I have created, and work processes I have developed. - The wonderful people I have met and worked alongside, including experts, and partners I have collaborated with. 🎯 I am especially proud of: - Approaching digitalisation with a holistic perspective that involves not just technology but also a mindset to make a difference. - Transitioning from traditional IT to digitalisation, delivering more with a reduced budget, and drastically increasing development speed. - Besides pushing boundaries in the internal challenges and opportunities, I’ve at the same time navigated complex partnerships. Working with up to 10 contributors at a time without falling into the trap of traditional outsourcing has taught me the delicate art of balancing collaboration and leadership. - Emphasizing the importance of grounding in reality, and developing process-supporting products for internal users with small, innovation-driven teams that have been recognized by Apple globally. - Developing new ways of working with flexible and simple methods to bring in cutting-edge expertise exactly when needed. ⭐️ What happens now? - I’m going independent - but not alone! I'm constantly in awe of the brilliant, kind, and dedicated people I've had the pleasure to work alongside, and it will be exciting to see how I can create value for more together with others! - I'll be looking to collaborate on initiatives that really moves the needle, bringing together the best in the field to create something greater than the sum of its parts. - I will do what I do best, and focus on digitalisation - all the way from strategy to practical implementation. - The holistic perspective stays with me, by focusing on how to achieve more with less one can bring about change without overcomplicating. - I've already begun working with a few clients and am open to new opportunities that come my way. The picture is from the launch of the XC90 in 2014. "Ah, but I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now." (Bob Dylan)

Hey folks, I would like to share an eye-opening experience that I had today. We had the privilege to join our first session for our Evolve journey as a part of Audi cohort along side with Tata cohort. In short, we had a small activity which I am not sure whether it was an activity or not. A small setup with huge sense and a lot of things to learn from. We actually did an original office simulation where we were made associates and CEO's as well as customers to see why most of the people remain where they are because they could not think out of the "Matrix". We got to know how we could have implemented small things, decrease the efforts required to do simple tasks and how adding small things can have a huge impact at extensive level. I'll describe in short what actually happened. We had a small office setup where we were made to create and deliver a product (which was to be made according to the customer requirements), everyone did a dry run to see how to do it. Then, we had to do the same task in more precise, cost efficient and less time consuming way in which we all failed. But, we got a whole package to learn where and why we failed as well as how we could improve and rise up. The most important thing we learnt is, we all think in the same way as we are taught that way since our childhood and our whole life and need to break through it and think more than others could imagine. To point out the key points: 1. Time management. 2. Knowing and trusting your abilities as well as guts. 3. Thinking in a simpler and most effective way. 4. Learning from mistakes (feedback). 5. Think for every possibility. 6. Small things have huge impact. 7. Be explicit, short and on point. 8. Importance of visualisation. 9. Damage that can be done because of lack of communication. 10. Never give yourself chance to say "I should have or I could have....". and many more..... I would like to thanks Rudrakshi Mudhliar, our AUDI Cohort captain and Yukta Naik, the TATA cohort captain for this opportunity and special thanks to the one and only Vu Nguyen Phong for being the mentor for this activity. Looking forward for such sessions from you. Thank you!!!!! Peace out ✌ Bosch Global Software Technologies #bosch #bgsw #aplapune #greatplacetowork

Two Years Down, Milestones Achieved, and Lessons Learned! 🚀 It's amazing to think that two years have gone by since I started this amazing journey at Philips. These past 24 months have been nothing short of an extraordinary learning experience, filled with exciting challenges, rewarding accomplishments, and valuable insights. Every day has brought a new opportunity to learn and grow, from taking part in multiple hackathons to developing creative features, tackling bugs head-on, and also involving myself in customer feedback through on-site visits. #learningandgrowing #philipshealthcare #programminglife

I love concept cars. I really do! But being a product person I have a couple of suggestions if you are bringing one to CES: 1) be clear about what it does and what new features it brings, otherwise it’s just eye candy but no one will get it 2) this is a consumer show, let people in the car and let them try it. Don’t put security on it so no one can even get close. 3) bring people from your product or engineering team to have interesting conversations, not random helpers that were locally hired and know nothing about the company or the product Thank you The consumers

✨ How to Quit Your Job With Class I want to share this with you because this post really moved me. We often see posts on LinkedIn announcing a new opportunity or a departure from a job. I believe Alex’s post here is exemplary as he announces his departure from a position he held for 4 years. I worked with Alex for 3 years during my adventure in the automotive industry. For 3 years, he was there when I arrived at work, and he was still there when I left. Right after shelter-in-place, when we didn’t have a detail department, our GM, Alex, rolled up his sleeves and washed cars with his sales team. Because I know how dedicated he was to his job, I also know how difficult this decision must’ve been. Yet, in his post, I only see gratitude, courage, and grace. The pictures he included show a servant leader who cleaned the showroom floor himself, dressed up for Halloween to pose with his team, and led the store by example rather than words. We seldom see leaders like him. A truly great boss is hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget. Alex is not only the smartest person I met in the automotive industry but also the best boss I’ve ever had. So today, I want to salute the man I greatly respect — for his leadership, authenticity, and courage. Read his last post to his team and colleagues. You will want to work with him too. #GOAT #Leadership #Servantleader #Automotive #Dealership #PersonalGrowth #Authenticity #Courage #Mentor #Careerchange
Today marks a pivotal moment in my professional journey, as I bid farewell to my role as General Manager at Audi Fremont. It has been an extraordinary chapter of my life, one filled with challenges, triumphs, and memories. I take this leap of faith in search of a new opportunity that truly aligns with my values, vision and passion. Over the years, Audi Fremont has been more than just a workplace to me. It has been a place of growth, innovation, and the embodiment of excellence in the automotive industry. I am deeply grateful to have been part of a remarkable team that has not only upheld the legacy of Audi but has continually pushed boundaries to redefine what is possible. Change is the only constant in life. The automobile industry, like life itself, is ever-evolving, and it is our ability to adapt and embrace change that propels us forward. The decision to leave this role was not made lightly, but it was made with an unwavering commitment to personal growth and self-discovery. As I venture into this new journey, I carry with me the invaluable lessons, experiences, and connections that I have gained at Audi Fremont. The relationships forged during my time here are ones I hold dear, and I am truly grateful for the trust, support, and camaraderie that I have received from my colleagues, partners, and clients. I believe that taking risks and embracing change is essential for personal and professional growth. Remember, life is too short not to pursue what sets your heart on fire. It is never too late to pivot, to chase your dreams, and to explore new horizons. Your journey is yours to shape, and I hope my decision inspires you to do just that. Thank you for being a part of my journey at Audi Fremont, and I look forward to our paths crossing again soon. Here's to new beginnings, uncharted territories, and the relentless pursuit of passion! With gratitude and excitement, Alex Shikhmuradov #NewBeginnings #PassionPursuit #CareerChange #automotive #dealership

Sailing Towards Success: Amit Jain's Journey of Learning, Achievements, and Leadership. In 2007, I started an amazing journey with Tata Elxsi, signifying the beginning of an incredible adventure. Over these years, my experience can be narrated in two distinct chapters marked by challenges, learning, and accomplishments. In the first chapter, I entered Tata Elxsi as a Test Lead, immersing myself in the world of media codecs testing. This laid the foundation for a journey of progression that guided me through diverse domains and various parts of the world. After a brief pause in 2012, I returned in 2015, driven by the profound sense of belonging and camaraderie that defines Tata Elxsi's culture. This second chapter of my life was a turning point. Upon my return, I led a 12-member team in advanced SDN technology, developing automation solutions for a US company. Just by taking determined steps, my dream of securing a better life for my family in the UK transformed into reality. Over the past four years, I have led a team comprising Tata Elxsi and UK network operator members, successfully launching cutting-edge products across the UK and Europe. Guided by Tata Elxsi’s mentors, I overcame language barriers, becoming confident in interactions with international clients and CEOs. As I look forward, I see various paths opening up for me. One prominent path entails continuing in my current role while taking on more responsibilities in leading projects on-site and offshore. This means driving new ideas, finding areas for improvement, and enhancing aspects like support, sales, and management. Strategic management training and conversations with our Chief Strategy Officer further empower me to effectively lead my team in alignment with the company's vision and mission. The heart of my journey has been its rich diversity—embracing different people and evolving technologies. This journey has been a source of personal growth, enriched by diverse encounters and challenges, consistently molding me into a better version of myself. #Tataelxsi #JourneyOfAchievements #LeadershipGrowth #GlobalInnovations #UnveilingPotential #TataElxsiAdventures

I've had a boss who made me cry almost every single day that I had to speak with this person. Two times in particular are cemented in my memory forever. 1) I was berated in front of the entire team, whilst this person thought they were "training" me, they were really telling me what I was doing wrong with no helpful advice, just a mad rant about how badly I was failing. Did I mention this was in front of my entire team during a breakdown session? 2) I was yelled at for taking 30 seconds to find a file on my laptop that I couldn't find and I needed to present this file during a meeting with my team. (Never mind the fact that the laptop was super slow and I needed to get it checked out with IT, but never had the chance to because I was terribly overworked). This person told me that I was "disorganized" (anyone who truly knows me knows that I literally even schedule my hang out sessions with my friends on my Google Calendar lol!). I've never been called disorganized in my life. Ever. Today I celebrate my 4th promotion with GlobalLogic in under 1 year. Support. From. Your. Team. Matters. I've never felt more supported. I didn't know teams could work so efficiently and effectively together, especially in a remote setting. I love this job and I love what I do. Cheers to another stepping stone! I'll be the new Executive Trainer for the Factuality team! SUPER excited to begin this new role.
