DEI ALERT! Interesting tips heard on TV for senior workers..”How to update resumes to avoid ageism discrimination, do not use dates etc.” But what happens when applicants hit that question “what year did you graduate from high school?” That question should be removed from applications if employers really want to avoid age discrimination in employment and give seniors a real chance for employment That question tells age. Subtle but discriminatory.
