Just looking at job options and came across Source. Under their Careers page (https://source.ag/careers/) and the section titled 'What do we offer at Source?' Let's hope that companies also consider these points in their 'ESG Statements of Intent' when recruiting. How keen would you be to move to a position with unlimited vacation days as standard?

As part of our new ongoing series, we asked MobilityWare’s Recruiters to share some tips on how to make your application stand out. 1) DON’T TALK YOURSELF OUT OF A JOB: Read the job post thoroughly, however, don’t get discouraged if you are missing a few of the listed qualifications. 2) EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM: Try to apply for a position soon after it’s posted. To ensure your resume is at the top of the pile, we recommend submitting your application early in the morning and at the beginning of the week. 3) DON’T BE SHY: Do some digging through your LinkedIn connections to identify any contacts you have at the company.
