Congratulations to the Automotive OEM Project Team at Mold-Tech Portugal for winning a Q3 FY24 Spot award in recognition of completing a high-profile, complex project in half the time that was expected. The project for a major Automotive OEM was very complex, it consisted of coating plastic parts with leather for a truck project that was managed by Turkey. The leather was supplied from the UK and was handed over to Mold-Tech Portugal for assembly, with very tight deadlines. For this project, a team was pulled together with several members from other teams, some of them never having worked together before. Through exceptional availability, rigor and commitment they managed to complete the OEM project in record time in one month instead of two.
