🌟 Have you ever met someone who just completely inspired you? That was my experience when I got to meet my mentor Stephaney Edwards, BSN, RN, CWCN, CCCN, LNC in person at a conference in Austin recently. It was such an incredible opportunity to learn and grow together as we work on our project. I also got to meet a great team member, coach and account manager. From a business perspective, the conference really emphasized the importance of honing in on your top 5 performance indicators. 📊 Feedback was also highlighted as a gift – something we should both give and be open to receiving. And let me tell you, the power of networking is truly amazing! On a personal level, I took away some powerful insights too. 💭 I learned that work instills the worth we often seek, and that our frequency determines what we frequently see. Clarity is key – being able to articulate exactly what we want to create is essential. And perhaps most importantly, when we truly believe in something, we can let go of the "how" and the timeline, focusing instead on intention and taking action. It was an unforgettable experience, and I'm so grateful to have had the chance to learn and grow alongside such incredible people.
