SBB CAR FFS? Switzerland's High Street of the Country, if you will, as in the Motorway A1 corridor (especially around Zürich-Bern and Lausanne-Genève), is incredibly busy — be it by rail or road. The Federal authorities are reviewing both an expansion (read: widening) of the A1 motorway itself as well as new 250 km/h passenger-only rail routes. I fully encourage my clients to develop agility in their business through a myriad of strategic and tactical means. That being said it need to make sense. On today’s Brussels Airlines flight was a perfect example of a company attempting to build flexibility in its flight class options, but falling short. This plane was an Airbus 320 which normally has 4 wider, more comfortable, deeper reclining seats per row. Then economy seats would be 6 per row, less leg room etc. On this flight the “business” class section is exactly the same as the rest of the plane. The business section is indicated by the cheesy little plastic sign that is secured by a tiny strip of Velcro. So if they can up sell enough people they just have to magically expand business. No thought to actually adding value except there is always the free sandwich! #addvalue #clientcentricservice

China's advance into the West European new passenger car market appears to have hit the buffers Chinese manufacturers' advance into the West European new passenger car market has seen their combined penetration gains in the 18 market region, screech to a halt. According to the latest Schmidt Automotive Research industry data, Chinese-brand models accounted for just 2.9 per cent of the total region's new car market during the opening third of 2024,  which includes the original European Union member states before the 2004 EU expansion, plus EFTA markets and the UK.
