Sharing their personal experiences, Oprah and Bruce help to create a deeper understanding of trauma's impact and how to create a workplace that supports healing, resilience, and compassion. 🌟 The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk, MD: Our bodies hold a wealth of information about our experiences, and trauma often leaves its mark in the form of physical and emotional symptoms. This book will equip you with the knowledge to recognize trauma's effects and create a workplace that supports employees on their path to healing and recovery. The schedule many of my coachees have is insane. Meetings back to back all day long, seemingly externally determined for many of them. Many do their emails at night to catch up. I wonder if this is healthy and even productive. How are you supposed to think about what you are doing and how you are doing things? What about reflection time? How do you get creative?
