Work Anniversaries – A Day to Reflect on the Journey!
I've completed 2 years at Women's CricZone! I joined with a blank slate, without any specific expectations, driven solely by my passion for cricket, a love for communication, and a strong belief in the vision of Women's CricZone.
The journey from an executive to manager has reaffirmed my faith in a few key principles:
1. Patience & Consistency: These have been crucial in navigating the last two years. Whether working with colleagues or managing multiple brands, I've learned that while hard work is essential, it’s patience and consistency that truly pay off.
2. Value of a Team: The importance of a team becomes clear when you actually work with one. Diverse perspectives, combined efforts, and mutual support lead to the best possible outcomes for our clients. A strong team fosters a healthy work culture, which is key to productivity.
3. Understanding Market Dynamics: Gaining a deep understanding of the market has been invaluable. Adapting to the needs of each brand and finding customized solutions only comes after thoroughly understanding their needs and pain points.

Reflecting on the past year when I got a ping from Aayush BahugunaLalit Aggarwal on joining Clazar as a First Hire in Talent.
I felt I might be too junior to take up this responsibility but there was one thing which I knew, Clazar needs people heavy on execution!! AND I knew I can be good at it :)
After spending 8000 minutes on multiple conversations with an amazing team here. My learnings that could help you as well :
✅ Never Hesitate to ask for help! You cannot be master of everything.
✅ Be Humble and make sure to leave every conversation with a positive note.

What Better Way to Say Thank You Than a Box Full of Coziness?
The Project: The client wanted to express their gratitude for their teams hard work and dedication. They chose to gift them with a cozy holiday kit.
The Process: Step one- choosing cozy items like the blanket, candle, coffee mug and hot chocolate bomb. Step two- working with The Chest to select the box, discuss design options, and fulfillment. Step three- sit back and wait for the magic to happen.
The Results: A cozy kit that is simple yet effective with a two color screen print that adds some shimmer and ties in with the items. The special message printed on the inside lid added that extra personal touch. The kit was delivered to the doorsteps of every team member.
