How consistent is your organisation learning? In the corporate world, where change is constant and expectations are high, the true game-changer is consistency—especially in learning and development. Investing in L&D isn't just about one-time workshops or occasional training sessions. It's about creating a culture of continuous learning, where development is a daily commitment. When employees consistently engage in learning, the impact goes beyond skill acquisition; it fosters innovation, drives performance, and strengthens the company’s competitive edge. Consistency in L&D ensures that knowledge isn't just gained but applied. It builds a resilient workforce that can adapt, grow, and excel in an ever-evolving business landscape. Remember: The most successful companies are those that make learning a consistent priority. Commit to consistent learning, and watch your organisation thrive. #Note: If you're ready to take your team’s development to the next level, I’m offering a FREE consultation to 2 organisations. Just type “L&D” in the comments OR send me a message, and let’s start building a culture of continuous growth. #LearningAndDevelopment #CorporateTraining #EmployeeEngagement #ContinuousLearning #Leadership

🚀 I was asked on a panel discussion: “how does Learning and Development (L&D) drive a culture of continuous learning and organisational agility?”🌱 Here is a summary of my reply: 1. Training & Development Programmes: Empower your team with diverse training initiatives to adapt to market shifts and emerging technologies. 2. Encouraging Experimentation: Cultivate a culture where calculated risks are embraced, fostering innovation and adaptability. 3. Knowledge Sharing Platforms: Provide avenues for employees to share insights, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. 4. Leadership Development: Equip managers with skills to champion a learning culture, empowering teams to thrive amidst change. 5. Feedback & Reflection: Embrace regular feedback sessions to fuel growth and foster a culture of improvement. 6. Adaptive Learning Technologies: Utilise AI-driven platforms for personalised learning experiences tailored to individual needs. 7. Promoting Learning Mindset: Foster a growth mindset where learning is celebrated, driving agility and resilience. It is imperative for the L&D leadership to build a culture where learning isn't just a task but a way of life, propelling organisations forward in an ever-evolving landscape! 💡 #LearningAndDevelopment #OrganisationalAgility #ContinuousLearning #LeadershipDevelopment #Innovation #GrowthMindset #KadoufConsultancies

At the NYU Coaching and Technology Summit a couple of weeks ago hosted by Dr. Woody Woodward, and Anna A. Tavis, PhD, a whole range of experts discussed the transformative impact of technology on coaching practices. From the conversations I've had since with people who were there and the write-ups I've seen, it appears the emphasis was on how digital tools are enabling more scalable and measurable coaching solutions, and how AI should be seen as a threat to traditional coaching models. I'm perhaps a bit more hesitant to predict AI is going to take over human coaching at any scale or at any pace, but this shift is part of a larger movement towards data-driven decision-making in leadership development. As I get myself ready to head out to the NYU Future Workforce Global Summit (https://lnkd.in/dTpzG75n) tomorrow with thanks to Cristina Mühl, and Julia Atkinson I'm thinking about how embracing these technologies can help us enhance our coaching impact and provide more value to our clients, as well as how we need to adapt as humans to add value that technology can't. At the very least, I'm confident that incorporating these sorts of tools intelligently could help us to track progress and outcomes more effectively. With that in mind, what tech tools have you found most useful in your coaching practice? Co-CEO & CPO at XCalibrate Global Solutions Inc.| Co-creator & Founder SherlockSuperCoach.AI (AI powered Coaching) | A passionate lover of 'Creation' | An ardent advocate for women and equality | ACI Columbia University
Thanks, Sam Isaacson, for echoing this. I like what you wrote ! At SherlockSuperCoach.AI, we created our end-to-end #AIpowered #CoachingPlatform with a clear ethos: to complement managers in the workplace and provide scalable coaching solutions to those employees who have historically been overlooked. 🎙 The statistics speak for themselves: 📣 "Over 90% of users reported progress and got unstuck after AI-coaching conversations with Sherlock." These challenges often revolve around #organizationalgrowth, #buildingresilience, seeking #clarityofpurpose, and enhancing #mentalandemotional states. A significant number of users are also addressing difficulties with #challengingcolleagues. This progress is critical because many managers struggle with providing effective coaching or basic mentoring. Without SherlockSuperCoach.AI, these employees might have #remained #stuck and eventually left the organization feeling disgruntled and unhappy. ✌ 🌟 However, with #AIcoaching accessible to them, they've moved to a point of action—an #enormouswin for the organization. ✌ 🌟 While human intervention remains indispensable for more complex challenges, particularly at senior levels, AI coaching is rapidly becoming the go-to solution for #scaling #coaching to the masses, especially for #earlycareers and #midcareer professionals. SherlockSuperCoach.AI is here to bridge that gap and ensure every employee has the support they need to thrive. *Sherlock - Your Personal 24*7 AI Coach: Get Unstuck, Surge Ahead* Write to us for demo --> https://lnkd.in/gDs4gscz Dr. Deep Bali I ACI Columbia University Gajendra Rao Supratim Biswas ANIL KUMAR #AICoaching #EmployeeDevelopment #WorkplaceInnovation #Leadership #CareerGrowth #SherlockCoaching #EarlyCareers #MidCareers

3moI agree: you need trust between coachee and coach, so a high level of IT security and a code of conduct is fundamental for business and collaboration.
